Kent has over 30 years of experience in the employee benefits industry as a shareholder and lead consultant of Miller-Lewis Benefit Consultants. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of clients’ relationships, including plan design consultation, financial reporting and forecasting, rate development, and collective bargaining consultation. Kent has an extensive background in working with public employers such as school districts on creative arrangements for their employee benefit programs, including the creation of the South Central Ohio Insurance Consortium (SCOIC). Kent lives in Lancaster Ohio with his wife, Judy, and Shih Tzu puppy Lexie – our firm mascot.
